Chris Chapdelaine is Director of Operations for Vermont Wild FC and continues his leadership role with Vermont Fusion, where he helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the club’s youth programming and competitive teams.
With experience across youth, collegiate, and pre-professional soccer, Chapdelaine manages the many moving pieces that make a WPSL season possible — coordinating team logistics, match operations, travel, and the behind-the-scenes work that allows players and coaches to focus on the game.
Chapdelaine is entering his 22nd season as head coach of the women’s program at Vermont State University Castleton, where he has compiled more than 200 career wins, led the Spartans to conference championships, and guided the program to NCAA Tournament appearances.
He holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, a Level 3 Goalkeeping Diploma, and a master’s degree in Athletic Leadership. Known for his steady leadership and organizational expertise, Chapdelaine plays a central role in ensuring Vermont Wild operates at a high level both on and off the pitch.
At Vermont Wild, Chapdelaine helps provide the structure and support that allow the club to compete — and thrive — in the Women’s Premier Soccer League.
